Terms of engagement

These terms apply when you request or buy advisory services through dataexchangeplatform.io. They are for businesses and organisations only. You accept them before we start any paid work.

Our services are for businesses and organisations only.
What you get
The Future alignment scan focused on the client’s data decision: whether to license data, keep it or wait. The fee is €727.27 excl. VAT (€880 incl. 21% VAT). We advise one party per matter. Delivery time is agreed in writing before the scan.
Fees
We invoice the scan fee; the invoice is payable within 30 days. Any referral fee is disclosed before engagement and never depends on whether a data deal closes.
Not legal advice
Our scan is advisory and not legal advice.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality runs both ways. We use client data only for the matter.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the fee paid for the matter, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Acceptance
These terms are accepted before engagement (including the required checkbox on the contact form when you ask about a paid scan or related work).
Law and court
Dutch law applies. The District Court of The Hague has exclusive jurisdiction.
